Future Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments project: The Continuum

The recently unveiled The Continuum project consists of 22 freestanding residential plots spread across 2.45 hectares, or 263,794 square feet, of property on Thiam Siew Avenue. According to the 2019 Master Plan, the property is classified "Residential" and has a plot ratio of 2.8. This project, which is located in the major east district 15 between Haig Road and Tanjong Katong Road, has been sold for a certain amount of money. $815 million will be invested in a joint venture between Sunway Developments and Hoi Hup Realty. This is regarded as the biggest land transaction to date in 2021.
